You may want to also consider ear plugs if you are susceptible to ear infections.

- All participants will be given a swim cap that must be worn during the swim.
Bike: Half = 88KM, Sprint = 22KM
Bike on the rolling hills that surround Shawnigan Lake in the charming Cowichan Valley. This will be a 4 loop route for the Half and a single loop for the Sprint race that is scenic yet challenging. It is your responsibility to count your 4 laps for the Half bike course.

Cowichan Valley Trail
The run route will take place on a non-paved surface on the Cowichan Valley Trail. The trail is a historical railway bed set on a wide packed trail under the beautiful BC tall cedars.
