Shuttle Service
Transition 1 (Two Jack Lake) will not be accessible by athletes in their own vehicles on either Friday or Saturday. We suggest that you:
- Ride to Two Jack Lake - approximately 12k from Banff (NOTE THERE IS A 5KM HILL TO ACCESS TWO JACK), or
- Drive to the Minnewanka Parking Lot and ride from there to Two Jack Lake (less than 3km). From Two Jack Lake, shuttles will be available to transport you back to the parking lot or to Banff (0n race day shuttles will transport you to Two Jack Lake).
- Final shuttle schedules are still to be determined.
We highly recommend that spectators, friends, and family do not go to the start area (T1 - Two Jack Lake) on race morning. Shuttles on race day will be for athletes only and the viewing at Two Jack Lake will be minimal. We will also not be able to ensure that spectators are returned to the second transition and finish area in time to see the athletes run or finish.
