Prestige Oceanfront Resort to Host Sooke Pre-Race Athlete Dinner Delicious triathlete-diet-friendly buffet offered at The Mix by Ric's Grill Next Weekend!

Join athletes, race organizers and special guests for a pre-race carb load dinner on Saturday, August 11th from 4:30pm - 8:30pm at the Mix by Ric's Grill at the Prestige Oceanfront Resort! Draw prizes will be awarded to participants in attendance, including an Aqua Sphere wetsuit and a Sirius XM Radio!
 
A specially prepared Triathlete Buffet will be available at The Mix along with their regular menu from 4:30pm - 8:30pm. The buffet is $25 per person (half price for children 6-12 and free for children under 6) and will feature a variety of pre-race-diet-friendly options, including chicken, salmon, pasta, salad and more.
