We are pleased to introduce a limited edition Seasons Pass to all 5 of our events. This pass enables the participant to enter as many races as they choose in any discipline (Half, Olympic, Sprint, Super Sprint & Relay).
Cost (only 200 available!)
January 1 - March 31, 2012 = $450
April 1 - May 24, 2012 = $495
Conditions
- Online registration will close on Thursday May 24, 2012 at 12 noon PST or when the 200 passes sell out.
- If any of your contact information changes throughout the season please email events@triseries.ca.
- After January 31st, 2012 all entries are non-transferable (from you to another person), non-refundable, and non-deferrable (from 2012 to 2013). Withdraws, transfers, and deferrals before January 31st, 2012 will be subject to a $60 fee. No refunds, transfers, or deferrals will be issued or considered under any circumstance after January 31st, 2012.
- An additional $45.00 "Day of Race" license fee will be charged if no VALID TriBC or ATA membership # is provided (fee is based on the participant attending an average of 3 races). If the 2012 membership is not currently available from your Provincial Governing Body, you will be reimbursed the $45 fee upon proof of your 2012 membership up until January 31st, 2012. Please be aware that if you are a current member and the 2012 membership is not available yet, you are obligated to renew your membership for the upcoming season so you are insured. Please be aware that due to Insurance Regulations you must show your current TriBC or ATA ID card, other picture ID and sign a waiver before picking up your race packet or you will be responsible to pay the race day insurance fee.
- Prices do not include 12% HST (or 5% GST in Alberta) and the online processing fee.
- $30.00 plus applicable race day insurance fees will be charged for each additional participant in a Seasons Pass holder's relay (unless the relay team member is a current Seasons Pass holder).
- Please be aware that due to insurance regulations you must show your current TriBC or ATA ID card, picture ID and sign a waiver before picking up your race packet or you will be responsible for paying the race day insurance fee.
- You must participate in the event to receive the commemorative garment or other race benefits.
- YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO REGISTER INDIVIDUALLY FOR ANY OF THE FIVE RACES YOU WISH TO RACE IN. You will receive an email approximately 4 weeks prior to each event to confirm your participation in that particular race and the discipline distance you wish to race (Half IM, Olympic, Sprint or Relay). If you do not respond you will forfeit the opportunity to participate in that event. Please ensure your email address is entered accurately and kept up to date.
