This year’s Shawnigan race will feature a race Swim Skills Lecture the day before the race. Learn how to navigate the course with calm and confidence. More experienced swimmers can pick up some key tips to improve performance. The lecture will take place at the swim start and will be put on by an expert LifeSport coach.
