Aqua Sphere Swim Course

Swim in the tranquil waters of the picturesque Shawnigan Lake.

Bike Course

Bike on the rolling hills that surround Shawnigan Lake in the charming Cowichan Valley.

• Out and back for the SUPER SPRINT
• 1 loop for the SPRINT
• 2 loops for the OLYMPIC
• 4 loops for the HALF

Run Course

Run on a non-paved surface on the Cowichan Valley Trail and run over the newly rebuilt Kinsol Trestle! The trail is a historical railway bed set on a wide packed trail under the beautiful BC tall cedars.
