Run over the newly rebuilt Kinsol trestle!

This year, the run course will take participants over the spectacular Kinsol Trestle, which was rebuilt in the summer of 2011. The Kinsol Trestle is one of the tallest free-standing timber rail trestle structures in the world, at 614 feet in length and standing 145 feet above the salmon bearing Koksilah River. Participants will enjoy stunning views as they cross the trestle.

Long Distance World Championship Qualifying Event and Tri BC Provincial Race Series Event

The Subaru Shawnigan Lake Triathlon Half IM will be a Long Distance Qualifier event for the World Championships in London in 2013.
