Course Descriptions

Aqua Sphere Swim Course

Swim the calm waters of this picturesque lake in a Scouts Canada camp.

Bike Course

Bike on the rolling hills of Sooke on Otter Point Road and West Coast Road beyond French Beach and Jordan River.

Run Course
The run features a journey out on to Whiffin Spit where you will experience being surrounded by the Pacific Ocean with the lighthouse as your beacon.
