Part of their practical training is athletic treatments, sports
massage and therapeutic exercise. A large portion of their practical
requirement to graduate includes working in a variety of outreach
events, with the primary focus of these outreaches being athletics. The
students are always excited and eager to be given the opportunity to
work with performance athletes. The students volunteer their time and
the massages are offered on a minimum $5 donation (recommend $10) basis with the money going
towards the students' grad fund. The West Coast College of Massage
Therapy is located at 637 Bay St. in Victoria BC. Please visit them on the web and see all that they have to offer.
